When to write
- Your pet’s page won’t open, or a photo doesn’t show.
- The edit link never reached your inbox, or it no longer works.
- A question about billing, renewal or cancelling.
- You want to see, correct or delete your data.
- Anything else that didn’t go the way you expected.
What to include
The address of your pet’s page, if it has been published, and the e-mail you used to pay. If the problem shows on screen, a screenshot helps a lot. With those, we can find your page without asking you anything back.
Don’t send your card number: it is never needed to fix anything, and we will never ask for it.
