Privacy Policy

Anyone who has the link. Each page’s address is a short code that isn’t based on your pet’s name or yours, so nobody finds it by guessing, and it isn’t listed anywhere on this site.

That is not the same as blocking search engines, and the difference matters: if you post the address somewhere open, like a public profile or a forum, a search engine can reach it that way. If you want the page kept out of search engines, send the link straight to people, on WhatsApp or by message, instead of posting it.

The content you write on your pet’s page: name, nickname, species, sex, breed, dates, the story, the phrase, their little ways, the dedication, the photos, the video link and your name or your family’s, which signs the page.

And, for the order, your e-mail. It is what identifies the purchase, because this product has no sign-up and no password.

We don’t ask for a tax ID, a postal address, a phone number or any identity document. We don’t ask for alt text for the photos, which is generated automatically, and we don’t ask for your pet’s age, which is worked out from the birth date.

Your card number is typed into a Stripe component and goes straight to Stripe. It never travels through our code and is not stored anywhere on our side. From the payment, we keep the amount, the plan, the order status and the identifiers Stripe sends back, which tell us whether your page can go online.

Stripe is the payment processor and handles that data under its own policy.

Before you publish, the draft is saved only in your own browser, in the device’s local storage. Nothing is sent to any server at that point, and clearing this site’s data in your browser deletes the draft for good, with no way to recover it.

When you publish, the page comes to exist on our server and your browser keeps the credential that lets you edit it later. We keep only a cryptographic digest of that credential, never the credential itself, which means not even we can rebuild it. If you clear your browser’s data, the page stays online and the address keeps working, but editing access has to be recovered through the contact below.

We use Google Analytics on this site to count visits and understand which pages people arrive through. It records browsing data in aggregate and never receives the content of your pet’s page. It only loads after your first interaction with the site, or once the browser is idle.

We also use the Meta pixel (Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to learn which ads bring people here. It records the visit to this site, and Meta may link it to your profile if you have an account there. It doesn’t receive the content of your pet’s page either, doesn’t know what you write while building the page, and doesn’t follow you inside the product: it is only on the pages of this presentation site.

Both load only on the live site. If you want to block them, your browser’s anti-tracking tools will do it, and nothing on this page stops working because of that.

When you arrive from an ad, the address carries campaign parameters, which say which ad brought the visit. We keep those parameters in your browser for as long as the visit lasts, and they travel with the link when you tap to create your pet’s page: that is how we know which ad led to a published page. They are campaign codes and nothing more. They don’t carry your name, your e-mail or anything you write while building the page.

We count how many times each published page was opened, and how many different people opened it on each day. It is the answer for anyone who sends the link and is left wondering whether anyone got there. The counting happens on our server, and nothing is written to your browser: no cookie is created for it.

We don’t keep your IP address or your browser details. The two become a cryptographic digest that can’t be reversed, changes every day and is different for each page, so it can’t be used to tell who you are or to connect your visit to one page with a visit to another. That digest is deleted after 60 days, and what remains is just a number per day, with nobody inside it.

None of this goes to Google, to Meta or to any other company: the count stays in our database and nowhere else. The number exists for whoever paid for the page, and there is no screen that shows it yet, so for now it simply adds up. Visits by the page’s owner, made from the browser that published it, are not counted, and neither are WhatsApp link previews, since those are not people.

Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) gives you the right to confirm whether we process your data, to access that data, to correct anything that is wrong, to ask for deletion and to withdraw consent.

When the text changes in a material way, the date below changes with it. Rewording that doesn’t change what we do with data doesn’t move that date, so that it keeps meaning something.
